This is a small group event attended by up to 12 people.  Includes Aromatherapy and TeaTime with pastries and blooming teas!

🎵 Lie down and relax as you listen to the 9D soundscape, transporting you to a larger inner world, facilitating heightened awareness and making you forget your physical surrounding. 9D headsets provided.

The 9D soundscape incorporates a blend of binaural brain entertainment, isochronic brainwave tones, solfeggio frequencies, 432Hz harmonic tuning, somatic breathwork, subliminal messaging, guided coaching, and bioacoustic sound effects.

🌺 Your certified breathwork practitioner Roanne will teach you the ancient healing somatic breathing, giving you an opportunity to explore your emotional landscape in a safe, loving and nurturing space.

Theme: There are 13 themes available. The theme for this session will depend on the energy of the participants. If you have been in my previous sessions, I will choose a different theme for you, unless you want to repeat the same one.

Most students of this practice come out feeling amazed by the profound healing that happens within just a 70 minute session.

Agenda:

  1. 30 minutes - Introduction, learn breathwork techniques from certified facilitator, intention setting
  2. 1 hour to 1.5 hour - 9D multi-dimensional jouney (various themes available), this will be a lying down experience with 9D headsets provided
  3. 30 minutes - Journaling and optional sharing of experiences

Is it safe?  

Somatic breathwork is considered one of the safest healing modalities.  11,000 psychiatric patients were studied over a 12 year period doing holotropic breathwork and showed ZERO adverse effects.  

It may be uncomfortable to release somatic tensions but it is far better to sit in the discomfort for an hour than suffer a lifetime!  Some discomfort may include tingling, vibrations all over the body, feeling cold/warm, which are totally normal.  

Is it intense?

It is up to you!  You will be in the driver's seat!  You will learn to modify the breathwork so you can go as light or as intense as you want.  

Intense experience may include a wide array of emotions such as crying, sobbing, laughing, or being inspired.  It is common for people wanting the intense healing experience to have emotional/physical releases of stuck energy, unprocessed emotions or traumas.  Once these are released, most people report having profound and powerful journeys accompanied by:

  • Strong sense of love, happiness and inspiration
  • Feeling re-connected with authentic selves
  • Feeling more confident, inspired, relaxed and loving
  • Better outlook in life and mental clarity
  • Increased energy levels
  • Relief of some chronic pains and physical tensions
  • Forgiveness of self and others

Preparation

  • No large meal 2.5 hours prior the session, but don't come starving as you will need some energy for the breathwork.
  • Bring a yoga mat, blankets, socks, pillow, eye mask, lip balm in case  of dry lips, and bottled water. Wear comfortable or loose clothing.
