🌿 This activity offers a unique blend of ancient healing techniques and modern practices to align your mind, body, and spirit.
🎵 Lay down in the comfort of your own home and surrender as you listen to the amazing power of 9D (9 Dimensional) multi-dimensional sounds, transporting you to a larger inner world, facilitating heightened awareness and making you forget about your physical surrounding.
🌺 Your certified facilitator Roanne will teach you the optional ancient healing somatic breathwork that you can do while listening to the 9D sounds. This will help you further explore your emotional landscape and heal your body naturally. Breathwork helps you go deeper much faster than meditation, in my opinion.
🔮 Adventure-filled visualizations and coaching recorded in 9D are equivalent of world class high-value therapy for the mind and soul.
🌐 It feels like sounds coming from all over your body while watching a movie through the depths of your own soul.
The goal of this healing session is to allow you to fully surrender and let go of what is blocking you to become your authentic self. It is specifically designed to support you if you are struggling with challenge that are preventing you to surrender to your inner power due to events from your past, feelings of resentment, or judgments towards self and others. As you go through this you will be activated to your deeper meaning and purpose, offering the opportunity to rediscover and reconnect with authentic self and purpose.
Agenda: 15 minutes introduction and breathwork techniques, 70 minutes journey lying down with the 9D headsets on, 5 minutes cool down
PREPARATION:
1. Find a space where you can lay comfortably for 70 minutes. Position your camera where I can see your body if you want to create safe space or guidance on your breathwork technique.
2. Use a high quality headset for the best experience.
3. Zoom link will be sent 1-2 hours prior the session. There will be instructions on how to adjust your Zoom audio settings for best listening experience with 9D sounds.
For the optional breathwork: No heavy meal 2.5 hour prior the session, but don't come hungry as you will need some energy for the breathwork. Wear loose clothing. Optional for comfort: Wear socks and lip balm (to help with dry lips with breathwork).
Sign the waiver form pior to coming to the session. Breathwork may not be suitable for some medical conditions. It is not suitable for pregnant women. Consult with your doctor if you have any questions.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
You will be in the driver's seat and can modify your breathwork for light/intense experience.
Intense experience may include tingling sensations, feeling cold/hot, vibrations all over the body - all signs of body tensions (aka toxic patterns, emotions and associated chronic pains) leaving the body! A variety of suppressed emotions may also be experienced: crying, sobbing, laughing, etc. Once these are released, participants often report feeling a sense of happiness and relief they haven't felt for a while, or a strong sense of authenticity, new level of confidence and feeling light as if years of tension had been lifted off. Light experience will still be powerful, but not as intense.
