About the event

Today, we are going to experience the combined power of 9D healing sounds, conscious breath and transformational language.

We will venture into the deepest layers within you all the way down, into the very core of you.

All the way deep into the very essence of your being.

We will journey to your subconscious mind, because whether you realize it or not, your subconscious mind controls 95% of your life. When it comes to any real powerful transformation, it is 1 million times much more powerful than your conscious mind.

Breathwork has been used for thousands of years and now been PROVEN as one of the SAFEST and FASTEST way to release trapped emotions, heal complex traumas, re-wire your brain, re-program your subconscious mind, which is where your beliefs, emotions, reactions, imaginations, and intuition are stored.

But this is no ordinary breathwork experience.  It is 9D Journey.


The expansive soundscape of 9D has powerful effect on your imagination making things seem more real than they actually are.

Because the subconscious mind can’t tell the difference between what’s real and what’s imagined, we will be using the 9D sounds as a powerful tool to expand your awareness.

We also tuned our music to 432 Hertz, which is mathematically consistent with the universe. It induces a sense of calm and clarity and will leave you feeling relaxed and completely at ease.


If you’ve never tried 9D Breathwork before, this is going to blow your mind.

You won’t be breathing like you normally do. You’ll be doing somatic breathing - full, conscious, active breathing - for 30-40 minutes.


You'll be hearing empowering subliminal messages and hypnotic suggestions carefully designed to bring to light all the limiting beliefs and replace positive ideas and suggestions to your mind. Binaural beats are layered you make your brain more alert.


  1. Find a quiet space where you can lay down comfortably for 1.5  hours. Be sure to position your phone or computer so I am able to view  your body. Blanket and socks in case you get cold.
  2. IMPORTANT: You will need a headset to maximize the 9D sound experience.
  3. No large meal 3 hours before, but don't come starving as you will need energy for the breathwork.
  4. Blanket and socks in case you get cold.
  5. Bottled water.
  6. Lip balm for comfort (in case of dry lips during the breathwork).
  7. The experience can be deep and intense for some.  Plan on resting for the rest of the night/day if possible.


A breathing session may not be suitable for you if you have the following conditions and your session may have to be modified if you have/are:

  • Cardiovascular problems
  • Abnormally high blood pressure that is not controlled by medications
  • Aneurysms
  • Epilepsy and seizures in the past
  • Severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia, bipolar
  • Osteoporosis
  • Recent surgery
  • Glaucoma
  • Currently pregnant
  • Experienced anaphylaxis
  • People with asthma should bring their own inhalers and consult with their physician and breathing session instructor before participating.
