The journeys combine somatic breathwork, masterfully crafted 9D sounds, frequencies, and vibrations, expert coaching, world class music, guided visualization, and some of the best modalities in subconscious re-programming such as binaural beats and subliminal messaging. 9D acts as a fast-tracker and enhancer to the somatic healing brought by breathwork.
