PREPARATION

• No large meal 2 hours prior the session, but don't come starving since you will need some energy for the breathwork.
• Find a quiet space where you can lay down comfortably for 1.5 hour. Be sure to position your phone or computer so I am able to view your body.
• Use a high quality headset to experience the full complexity of the soundscape.
• Blanket, socks, pillow, eye mask, lip balm in case of dry lips, and bottled water. Wear comfortable or loose clothing.
