Bring the following to your session:
- Please wear light and comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. No large meal 2.5 hours prior the session but don't come starving as you will need some energy for the breathwork. Bring a yoga mat and enough cushion for lying down, blankets, socks pillow, eye mask, lip balm in case of dry lips and bottled water. You will be asked to sign the liability form to participate. Agenda:
- Part 1: Introductions. Learn breathwork techniques and shaking exercise (20 min)
- Part 2: 9D Journey. Lay down and immerse yourself in a multi-sensory 9D sound technology while practicing breathwork. (1 hour 20 min)
- Part 3: Care circle to share your experience with like-minded individuals.(20 min)
